Before joining Weitz & Luxenberg, Ms. Laszewski worked at a law firm in Pennsylvania. From August 2011 until she joined Weitz & Luxenberg, she represented clients in court and in jury trials. She also represented minors in juvenile court.
In addition, Ms. Laszewski negotiated pleas on behalf of clients in both misdemeanor and felony cases. To perform her responsibilities successfully, she strove to maintain an excellent professional relationship with judges, court personnel, district attorneys, and opposing counsel.
One of the most meaningful parts of her job is meeting with clients, she stresses. She engages in client intake appointments and follows up with clients throughout their cases from start to completion. She believes these experiences serve her well at Weitz & Luxenberg.
Ms. Laszewski said her passions outside of work include traveling, both internationally and nationally, and watching sports. She particularly enjoys watching Yankees baseball games and Penn State football games.
Ms. Laszewski was named a Main Line Today Top Lawyer – Criminal Law in 2017 and was recognized as a National Academy of Criminal Defense Attorneys Top 10 Under 40 for 2016-2017. She was also named a National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40 – Criminal Defense attorney in 2016.
In addition, she is noted for serving as an NBC10 legal correspondent since 2015.
Ms. Laszewski is licensed to practice law in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
She earned her J.D. from Temple University’s Beasley School of Law in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and her B.A. from the University of Albany in Albany, New York.
